Two men and a woman were wounded in an early morning shooting outside a snack house along Gov. Camins Avenue Wednesday.

Wounded were Maridol Aragones, Enrico Chiong, both of Tetuan and RadenTawasil, of Baliwasan.

Chiong and Tawasil sustained two bullet wounds in their body while Aragones absorbed one bullet. They were rushed to two hospitals for treatment.

Initial investigation showed that Chiong and Aragones were eating inside Roadside Snack House when Tawasil and some friends arrived and joined them around 4 a.m.

An altercation erupted among a group of gays, women and men outside the restaurant which drew the attention of kibitzers including customers.

Moments later, two men riding tandem on a motorcycle coming from eastern part of Gov. Camins Avenue appeared and stopped in front of the establishment, while the backrider opened fire on them.

The attackers sped away heading west coast after the incident.

The victims then were rushed to the hospitals for treatment.

Policemen recovered five spent shells and one slug of .45 caliber pistol at the crime scene.

Men of the Sta. Maria Police Station led by Supt. Haywien Salvado were still investigatingthe case. – Dan Toribio
