Recodo is notorious for shabu being peddled by armed drug pushers, one of whom was arrested last week. Authorities however are encountering difficulties in arresting another  well-entrenched pusher known by the name of “Bin Laden.” He is reportedly receiving protection from certain influencial persons. — Dan Toribio Jr.
