LTO to submit report to new chief PDF Print E-mail

The Land Transportation Office is currently fast tracking its transistional report to the incoming LTO Chief Asst. Secretary Edgar Galvante who was named by incoming President Rodrigo R. Duterte.

This was disclosed by Asst. Secretary Roberto Cabrera III, outgoing LTO chief,  who presided recently a  Regional Directors Conference at Mt. Sabrina Panoramic’s View Resort in Barangay Tambler, Gen. Santos City hosted by LTO 12 Director Putiwas M. Malambut.

In his farewell speech, Cabrera thanked all the regionas directors nationwide for their support and for working with him harmoniously.

“I did my best na matanggal itong mga fixers sa LTO. With my short period of time in the office I believe I did my best for the good of the people. I urge you to do your task positively and everyone must continue the good things that you are doing,” Cabrera said.

Cabrera is expected to give his transistional report to the incoming LTO  Assistant Secretary that will be submitted by all Regional Directors before June 30.

The Regional Director’s  Conference were attended by LTO’s  Executive Director Giovanni Gonzales, LTO 9  Director Aminola P. Abaton who also heads a Technical Committee in the Central Office, ARD Yusof Lamping and other Regional Directors. — Allen Abastillas
