Three more persons were arrested in separate operations as campaign against prohibited drugs continues in the city.

Argel Bello y Lacastesantos, 29, single of Marcos Drive, Putik was arrested by men of the Divisoria Police Station under Chief Insp. Arlan Delumpines, during a buy-bust operation. Confiscated from his possession were two sachets of suspected shabu, several drug paraphernalia and P200 marked money.

Alih Yusop y Ismael, 26, single, of Purok 10, Flamingo, Calarian was nabbed by men of the Sinunuc Police Station under Chief Insp. Hingming Chang Ladjaali. Confiscated from his possession were one small size sachet and one medium size sachet of shabu and P200 marked money.

Elimar Hadjula y Abubakar, alias Mar, 46, married of Enriquez Drive, Sta. Catalina was nabbed by men of the central police’s SAIDSOTF led by SPO3 Marlowe Jon Buen. Recovered from his possession were eight sachets of shabu, P200 marked money and several drug paraphernalia.

The three suspects were detained in separate police stations while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination. – Dan Toribio
