The site of the proposed evacuation center is Barangay Cabatangan.

The project has an area of 6,430.00 square meters safe from tsunami and landslide, with road network, fence, site development, water tank, and a generator set. However, Apolinario cannot yet give the project cost but estimated it will reach millions of pesos.

He said that the evacuation center will be dome-type that can accommodate 1,000 to 1,500 families.

This plan will have to be discussed yet with Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco Salazar who is also supportive of the project.
