On 1st day of her second term, Beng opens City Hall to public PDF Print E-mail

City Hall opened its doors to the public Thursday afternoon offering free medicines and consultations, massage and spa services to showcase Mayor Beng Climaco’s continuing thrust on security, health and education (SHE).

Dubbed as “People’s Day and Open House” at City Hall, the activity initiated by Mayor Climaco on the first day of her second term was highlighted by a gathering called “Junta con los Elejidos” where barangay officials from the city’s 98 barangays engaged with the second termer chief executive and other elected officials. The gathering was held at the City Hall conference room.

The Open House culminated with live band performances at the City Hall frontage for people’s entertainment.

A sizeable number of people  availed of the free services despite the inclement weather.

Earlier in the morning, Mayor Climaco took her oath of office before
