Two suspected drug pushers and 80 drugs users have voluntarily surrendered to the Pagadian City Police Station.

Supt. Michael Palermo, Pagadian City police chief, said the drug suspevts signed a waiver to stop engaging drugs.

Palermo explained that all they can do was to let the suspects signi a waiver because police do not funds commit them to a drug rehabilitation center.

Palermo advised the surrenderers to prove in the waiver that they are capable of reforming as new persons and changing their life status in the society.
