Former Congressman Erbie Fabian has called on local leaders to stay united and solid for the good of  Zamboanga  City and its people.

Fabian made the call, following observations that the city’s elected officials are locked in bitter political dispute threatening to derail development efforts.

The former veteran politician said that while there is political intramural, the people’s welfare and benefits should be primodial in the agenda.

Asked by some officials during the City Council inaugurals on Tuesday what is plans are,  Fabian said he is quiet and happy in his present private life today with no pressure and time of schedule to attend to.

Fabian urged the elected officials  to come up with projects that are doable and that would benefit the people.

“Let us love one another. Let us give our full support to the anti-drug campaign of President Rodrigo R. Duterte,” Fabian said. — Allen Abastillas
