Beltran administers oath of 454 PNP recruits, 27 NUPs PDF Print E-mail

Police Regional Director Chief Supt. Billy Beltran administered the oath of 454 recruits for Police Officer 1 and 27 non-commission officer (NUP-civilian employees) last July 16 and July 18, respectively at the PRO9 Headquarters in Camp Abendan, Mercedes.

Supt. Roger Alabata, Police Regional Information Officer, disclosed that out of 454 PO1 recruits, 100 are females and 354 males.

Out of the 454 new PO1 appointees, 100 were females and 354 males.

While out of 27 NUPs, 18 were appointed as Administrative Assistant 1 with salary grade 7,  two administrative Assistant II with salary grade 8, four administrative assistant aide IV with salary grade 4, one administrative aide V with salary grade 5 and two administrative aide VI  with salary grade 6.

After the oath-taking ceremony, the newly appointed PO1s were turned over to the Regional Training Center 9 to undergo the Basic Public Safety and was received by Supt. Rolando Cuya Jr., Regional Training Director.

The NUP will be deployed to the different City and Municipal Police Stations based on their plantilla/positions after undergoing a two-week orientation course at PRO9 Headquarters, Mercedes, Zamboanga City.

The Regional Director extended his congratulatory remarks to the newly appointed PO1s and NUPs. They are encouraged to give their best to perform their job and to be efficient and disciplined Police Officers and employees of the organization. — Dan Toribio
