A police report disclosed that Yanco stabbed and wounded Nelson Gutual y Gueta, 31, married, of Ferrer Drive, Divisoria, using a pair of scissors.

Police said that the stabbing was a result of a simple altercation between Yanco and Gutual.

Five workers of Fit&Style Tailoring located at the side of Maker Sale Center in Divisoria later aided each other in mauling Yanco.

The five were identified as Charlito Agacita y Enomar, 22, single, Longeno Magsayo y Baguiller, 25, Conrado Magubat y Ramones, 25, Sebero Elenterio y Abiso, 23, and Allan Agacita y Calago, 29.
