The award called “PRIME HRM-Maturity Level II  Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management”,was issued via a Certificate of Recognition turned over by CSC-9 Director Macybel Alfaro-Sahi to LTO-9 Director Aminola “ Alex” P. Abaton.

Abaton thanked the commission and Director Alfaro-Sahi  for the recognition, saying that his office will continue to do its best in the  delivery of  quality time management and efficient services to the people.

Meanwhile, LTO-9 selected personnel and officers from the different district offices attended a two-day seminar — August 4-5 — on “ The Power of Integrity, Accountability and Focus” held at Grand Astoria Hotel. The lecturer was Santo E. Getalado, Educator and Human Resource Development Consultant.

Getalado told the participants that they should always stay positive and enjoy while performing their  duties, stressing that they are in the  frontline services.

“They should have a positive paradigm in life to make people happy and satisfied in the delivery of services. They should work positively and have a positive output and result in their work,” he said. — Allen Abastillas
