Eight more persons were arrested in different places as the campaign against illegal drugs continues.

Around 7:25 p.m. Sunday, men of the Divisoria Police Station led by Chief Insp. ArlanDelumpines conducted a buy-bust operation in Bougainvilla Road,  Guiwan resulting in the arrest of John Patagoc y Francisco, 37, married of Martha Drive, San Jose Gusu and Arnold Agraviador y Recla, 42, married of Gov. Ramos San Roque. Recovered from their possession were three sachets of shabu and P200 marked money.

Around 1: a.m. Saturday, men of the Tetuan Police Station led by Supt. NonitoAsdai conducted a buy-bust operation in Bagong Dalan, Tugbungan that resulted to the arrest of Roldan Wilson Sali-Alam y Bawasan, 23, married of Tugbungan, SinenengLuistro, 22 and Sherwin Rojas y Malapit, 31, married of Tumaga. Policemen seized from their possession four sachets of shabu, marked money and drug paraphernalia.

Around 5:15 p.m. men of the Ayala Police Station led by Insp. Haran Ulah under the supervision of Chief Insp. Karib Muharram were on mobile patrol in Purok 6, Recodo when they arrested JamilJahanday y Villanueva, 24, of Purok 5A, Recodo. Police confiscated from his possession one medium size, one large size sachet, one small size sachet of shabu and drug paraphernalia.

Men of the Sta. Maria Police Station led by SPO1 Benzar Elhano conducted a buy-bust operation in Yvanoff, Tumaga, last Saturday afternoon resultingin the arrest of Jose Mario Molina y Dulaca, 38, married of Dimas Bayot, Tumaga.Policemen confiscated from his possession a medium size sachet, two small size sachets, P500 marked money and drug paraphernalia. – Dan Toribio
