Isabela city authorities imposed sanctions on 18 motorcycle drivers for violation of the Traffic Code of the Philippines.

Authorities also held a motorcycle for allegedly being a carnapped vehicle from Manila.

The drive was jointly conducted by the Land Transportation Office-9 and the Highway Patrol Group-9

LTO Isabela District Officer Habier Kalbi said that most of the violators have no licenses and have incomplete documents and expired registration papers and licenses.

Kalbi advised drivers to always carry their drivers licenses and renew the documents and obey and follow the Traffic Code. (Allen Abastillas)
