The city government of Zamboanga will spearhead the observance of the 80th Dia de Zamboanga festivities today with a celebration highlighted by a civic-military parade and program.

PNP Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa will be the Special Guest and Keynote Speaker during the culminating program to be held at the Paseo del Mar grounds.

Dela Rosa will also attend the blessing and turnover ceremonies of the newly constructed Zamboanga Police office which is scheduled to be held after the program at the Paseo del Mar.

The parade will end at the Paseo del Mar grounds where the culminating program will be held.

From the Paseo del Mar, officials will then proceed to the back of City Hall, the site of the newly constructed Police office.
