UZ tops MTLE PDF Print E-mail

Universidad de Zamboanga- School of Allied Medicine (UZ-SAM) ranked 6th and 7th in the February 2017 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination (MTLE) given by the Board of Medical Technology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Zamboanga.

Out of 2,378 passers, Christopher Kim Pugoy  SoriÑo and Rutchelle Joyce Feliciano Pugoy ranked 6th and 7th, respectively.

Pugoy and Soriñojoin the other topnotchers from the Medical Technology Department including Anie Jan K. Segovia (2015 ), Raissa T. Guldam (2014 top 2), Warith-Thia M. Elang (2010 top 9), Suzette Tucay (2006 top 10), and Emma M. Javier (1997 top 11).

The two is an addition to the roster of topnotchers produced by the Universidad de Zamboanga.

Overall, UZ hit 87.50% passing rate and landed 6th in the National Top 10 Performing Schools in the February 2017 MTLE. The institution continuously produce topnotchers and bring pride not just for UZ but for the entire Zamboanga City and Mindanao.  (Jezel A. Cleofas, UZ-UCO)
