Four others, Meldie Joy Casayas, Jesselie P. Buen, Jaricklyn B. Villaganas and Bobby Jeric M. Pedraza, graduated Magna Cum Laude.

All graduated from the Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Education except for Buen who graduated with a degree in Agriculture.

The five are among 314 student beneficiaries of the program who graduated from college this school year.

The students graduated by taking different courses under the Expanded Students’ Grant in Aid Program for Poverty Alleviation (ESGPPA) in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED.)
