This after the solon noted the slow phase progress and complexities and the realities in the ground.

For its part, DPWH IX reported that they have already reached the 93.22% in settling the Right-of-Way infrastructure claims in the Baliwasan Seaside road and progress is also being in made in the Baliwasan-San Jose Gusu road.

With regards to the Pasonanca-Cabatangan section of the by-pass road project, DPWH reported that out of the (72) claimants in the section of Poste Drive, Zamora and Blue Homes, there were only remaining seven lot owners who are in the non-conforme status.

The DPWH legal department has already written the Office of the Solicitor General for the filing of expropriation proceedings.
