The city government is considering to put up a night market to provide more opportunities to local traders while catering to late shoppers in the city.

Cesar DG Raz, Assistant City Administrator, said that they are planning to put the night market inside the main public market.

The market is expected to be operational from 7pm to 4am.

Items to be sold include pots and pans, dry goods, shoes, bags and other items.

Raz said that the Market Ordinanca must be amended prior to the night market’s operation.

Amendments are expected to include fees to be imposed on vendors.  (RGAAGo)
