After victimizing a woman in Tumaga last Friday night, armed motorcycle thieves struck again victimizing another woman in Pasonanca last Saturday night.

The recent victim was Tessie Villacarlos y Miro, 36,  a resident of Villa Rio Drive, Pasonanca.

Police investigators disclosed that Villacarlos was riding her XRM 125 CC motorcycle on her way home when the hold-up incident occurred.

Initial investigation showed that when Villacarlos was cruising the road along Lacasteville, Pasonanca at about 10:15 p.m. two men riding tandem on another motorcycle suddenly appeared and blocked her path.

When she stopped, one of the two suspects who was armed with a pistol alighted from the motorcycle and announced the hold-up. Frightened and surprised, the victim hastily alighted from her motorcycle.

The suspect then boarded her motorcycle while still pointing the handgun at her. Afterwards, the suspects then sped away.

The incident happened just a night after another woman was hold-up by armed men riding tandem a motorcycle. Sherlene Jeska Gumban’s MIO Scooter motorcycle was forcibly taken by two armed men in Tumaga.

The suspects carried out the same pattern where they blocked the way of the victim, announced the hold-up, and took the motorcycle at gun point. – Dan Toribio
