Arrested drug pusher yields P300 thousand worth of shabu Print

As the all-out war against illegal drugs continues, the operatives of the Culianan Police Station has seized some P30,000 worth of shabu from a pusher during a buy-bust operation in Presa Mayor, Tumaga last Tuesday afternoon.

A police report disclosed that the buy-bust operation was conducted at around 2 p.m. where the police operatives were able to arrest Ranold Gaspar y Manuel alias Ram-Ram, 23, single. During the investigation, the police found out that the suspect is allegedly working  as  sales agent of Cignal Cable television.

Investigators recovered from his possession 21 sachets of shabu, which has an estimated market value of P30,000, the P200 marked money used by the police in the buy-bust operation, and his scooter motorcycle.

Gaspar was taken to the Culianan Police Station and is now under detention while the seized shabu were already forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examinations.

Police have readied charges against the suspect in court. – Dan Toribio
