More than P10-million worth of agricultural products were damaged by heavy rains which poured into the city since last Sunday.

City Agriculture records state that around 1, 168 hectares of various agricultural products amounting to P10.731-million were damaged due to floods.

Another 2,405 hectares of fisheries products amounting to P42.27-million were also affected.

It was not immediately learned which agricultural products incurred the most damage.

Data from the Physical Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) show that inclement weather will still continue due to at least three weather disturbances recorded in the country.  (Liza Jocson)
