Murder suspect arrested Print

A man wanted for murder was arrested in Camino Nuevo during an anti-criminality campaign conducted by policemen at dawn last Thursday.

Police identified the suspect as Ramil Trumata y Pahayahay.

Trumata’s warrant of arrest for murder was issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 16.

Trumata’s companions, Vic Jones Engkig and Rey Russel who were caught in possession of drug paraphernalia, were also held for questioning.

The suspects were detained at the Central Police Station pending the filing of charges in court.

The anti-criminality campaign was conducted by policemen from the different stations led by Sr. Supt. Areston Limos, Supt. Alvin Saguban and Supt. Mark Azur.—Dan Toribio
