More than 500 people have benefited from the Kilusang Pagbabago’s (KP) medical mission in barangay Labuan last Saturday.

Dan Sagaral, KP City Coordinator, said that the objective of the mission is to help alleviate the lives of calamity victims in the area.

Some residents in the area who were also program beneficiaries are victims of the storm surge.

Among the activities included in the mission are medical consultation, free haircut and a feeding program.

Residents sought consultation for an increase in blood pressure, headaches, fever and other maladies.  Free medicines were also given to the victims.

The medical mission was held in partnership with the Zamboanga City Medical Society and other donors.  (RGAAGo)
