Two girls were reportedly molested and robbed by two men who introduced themselves as policemen in Luyahan, Pasonanca last Wednesday.

The suspects were apprehended after the victims saw their attackers themselves at a police station while the men were seeking assistance from authorities.

The suspects were identified as Jose Marie Barredo, 21 years old and his brother JC Barredo, 18.

A police report said that the two victims, a 14 and a 15- year-old, were walking with friends along Kalayaan Drive in Sitio Luyahan, Pasonanca when they were taken by the two suspects.

The girls were brought to a dimly lit area in Luyahan where the suspects sexually molested their victims and robbed them of their cell phones.

The two girls, however, managed to escape and reported the incident to their aunt.

At around 1 a.m., the victims along with their aunt Nenita, went to the Sta. Maria Police Station to report the incident and were shocked to see the two suspects.

The suspects told police that they were allegedly chased by a group of men in Sitio Luyahan.
