LTO-9 collects P314-M in revenue Print

The Land Transportation Office-9 has collected revenue amounting to P314-million for the first quarter of this year.

Atty. Aminola Abaton, LTO-9 Regional Director, said that a major portion of the earnings came from the Motor Vehicle Users Clearance and the imposition of fines and penalties for traffic violations.

ollection from the two sources alone reached a total of P212,821,118.14, according to Abaton.

The revenue collection came from different LTO district offices in Region 9.

LTO offices in Zamboanga City are the following:  Zamboanga Ecozone New Registration Office in Sitio San Ramon, Zamboanga City District Office and its Driver’s License Renewal Center in Putik, E-Patrol office in San Jose.

The LTO also has the following offices in different parts of region 9:  Pagadian City District Office, Dipolog City, Isabela City, Ipil municipality and its sub-offices in Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay; Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, and Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.  (Allen Abastillas)
