AURORA, Zamboanga del Sur -- To intensify the membership campaign of Social Security System (SSS), a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was forged between the SSS and Aurora Integrated Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AIM Coop) in a simple ceremony held recently at the Heroes Hall here.

Argabioso thanked the AIM Coop for helping the SSS in reaching out to their members saying the agency cannot establish an office in all towns and cities due to lack of funds.

“We are asking the help of associations particularly the AIM Coop so that we can reach our members,” Argabioso said. The coop was officially recognized  as an accredited collecting and servicing partner of the agency.

“The SSS and AIM Coop are now into partnership because of their common objective--- to help people,” Tomarong proudly announced.

AIM Coop is a strong cooperative with 80 offices nationwide and currently has 800 registered members of the SSS.

James Buckley, provincial head of the SSS,  said those members residing in the first district who wish to continue paying their monthly contribution may now endorse their payment to AIM Coop in Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. (ALT/GCC- PIA9-Zamboanga del Sur)
