Five persons, including two minors, who were kidnapped from a farm in Sirawai Municipality, were recovered by military troops in Sulu Province yesterday.

The victims were reportedly recovered during rescue operations launched by operating troops under Joint Task Force Sulu at Sitio Tibangaw, Barangay Gata, Talipao Municipality in Sulu Province at 11p.m. last Tuesday.

The victims are caretakers of a farm owned by Sirawai Municipal Engineer Valiente Felizarta.  They were abducted last June 28 by a lawless group allegedly headed by Jamilon Wahab.
