A police report showed that the complainants went to the police station and filed their complaint against Gracielo Rosalado Rojas, 50, married of Zone 8, Daisy Road, Guiwan.

Police said that Rojas allegedly collected cash money from the complainants and promised to process their papers to go to the United State of America to work as cruise ship personnel.
