Raid yields P700K worth of shabu PDF Print E-mail

Agents of the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA9) together with policemen of Zamboanga Police Stations 6 and 11  and Joint Task Force Zamboanga personnel confiscated P700,000 worth of suspected shabu during a raid at a residence in Barangay Talon-Talon last Wednesday night.

Authorities initially conducted a buy-bust operation around 7 p.m. in Talon-Talon against two high value drug personalities operating in the area.

The operation led to the arrest of  Alnijar Kaisal y Wahid with aliases of Adman Salahuddin, Atchaid, Mogammad, Nizar Bin Abdullah Mahaddi, Alnizar Jalaidi and Rap Panlilio Usman.

Lawmen confiscated from their possession approximately 50 grams of suspected shabu and marked money.

After the buy-bust, the same team proceeded to serve a search warrant to search the house of  Kaisal.

During the search, lawmen recovered 13 more sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.

PDEA9 reported that the seized sachets of shabu were estimated to have a street value of P700,000.  (Dan Toribio)
