Councilor Lilia Macrohon-Nuño, chairperson of the City Council’s Committee on Women and Children and Committee on Health,  sponsored a feeding program for the schoolers of Guiwan Elementary School yesterday morning.

Grade 1 student Jasmine Vincoy said the noodles with fresh chicken meat served during the feed program was very delicious.

Vincoy thanked Nuño for the nutritious merienda which they seldom have in school.    Another student, Monalie Mondido, also said that she felt satisfied after eating the noodles which was also nutritious because it was mixed with fresh vegetables.
