Two persons were killed while seven were injured after a speeding fish carrier truck plowed through seven vehicles in Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao Municipality, Zamboanga del Sur yesterday.

A total of five four-wheel vehicles and two motorcycles were wrecked after colliding with the six-wheeler truck.

One of the vehicles was said to have landed on its side after the collision while a solar light post was damaged.

The out-of-control truck finally stopped along the national highway of Purok Maabtikon in Barangay Paglaum.

Truck driver Ariel Napalcruz and a certain Mario Rola Balabag were killed on the spot.
