Residents of San Roque recovered the body of an unidentified man believed to be a victim of summary execution at Peñafrancia Cemetery last Thursday morning.
A police report disclosed that the head of the victim bore two gunshot wounds.

Recovered near the body were a spent shell and a deformed slug of .45 caliber pistol.

The dead man was described as 20 to 25 years old, medium built, sporting close cropped hair, with fair complexion, more or less 5’4' with a mark of surgical operation on the stomach.

Police said the victim was wearing black t-shirt with shorts, a pair of Nike rubber slippers..

Investigators suspectthe victim was brought to Peñafrancia Cemetery where he was executed.

The body was taken to the Villa Funeral Parlor for post mortem examination. — Dan Toribio Jr.
