From his short pants years, this boy from Cebu and Zamboanga dreamed big. When he shot for the stars he went beyond the mundane and goes for the big bang.
The word “impossible” is not in his vocabulary. He is a go-getter, and thus he became a man of destiny.

Rear Admiral Chrysler Tancenco Cobarrubias Jr., the charter Grand Regent of Zeta Phi Omega, the first of the 12 Zetan treasurer of the Founder, has gone a long way and has reaped the stars of his dreams.

He has proven his mettle as a Zetan, as the best of his peers in the school of hard knocks and as an officer and a gentleman.
Now in the service of God and country, he will go to Oroquieta to grace the 5th National Conclave of Zeta Phi Omega, both as resource speaker and as Charter awardee of the prestigious Aquilla Auris Mundi Award.

The first of the 12 Zetan treasures of the Zetan Founder, Admiral Cobarrubias Jr. is the Charter Grand Regent of the fraternity, way ahead of Caceres Guerrero, Barrios and Salatandre who survived August 26, 1978 in the old zoo in Pasonanca Park. They were later appointed as Zetan co-founders by NRB Danilo A. Barrios who initiated them, an honor which Admiral Cobarrubias Jr. declined.
