A construction worker was wounded after he was shot and stabbed in a karaoke bar along Don Alfaro St., Tetuan at dawn last Thursday.

Police identified the victim as Ronnie Perez y Cabayacruz, 31, married, of Araneta Compound, Estrada St., Tetuan. He was shot with “boga” and stabbed by a certain Clinton.

A police report disclosed that Clinton’s brother and Perez were having a drinking spree at the said karaoke bar in separate table. Moments later, Clinton’s brother figured in a spat  with another group of men drinking at another table.

Perez tried to pacify and timely Clinton arrived and suddenly shot him using “boga”.

Although wounded, Perez tried to grab the improvised gun but Clinton pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the body.
