A four-month-old pregnant woman died while her brother was injured when a spare tire of a military truck hit them along Bolong highway last Wednesday morning.
Police identified the fatality as Marycris Manale y Ramos, 28, married. Injured was his brother Allan Ramos y Teves, 23, single.

A police report disclosed that Ramos was driving a motorcycle with his sister as backrider heading east around 11:30 a.m. when the freak accident took place.

However, the driver of the second truck lost control of the steering wheel and bumped the rear of the lead truck.

A spare tire from the lead truck ahead snapped and fell hitting Manalo and Ramos.

Manalo and Ramos crashed on the road and sustained injuries n their body.
