Bomb specialists detonated an improvised explosive device (IED) that was planted by unidentified men outside a store in Barangay Aguada, Isabela City yesterday afternoon.

A police report disclosed that the bomb was recovered at the vicinity of Farouk Majirul’s store at past 1 p.m.

During ocular inspection, authorities found out that the explosive was sealed in a plastic blue bag.
