Woman nabbed in shabu buy-bust PDF Print E-mail

A suspected female drug pusher was arrested during a shabu buy-bust operation at Boholano Drive, Camino Nuevo last Tuesday morning.

The suspect was identified as Mariel Borja y Ting, 39, single. She was arrested by operatives of the City Police Office led by Insp. Elmer Perez Solon around 10 a.m.

Recovered from Borja’s possession were two medium and one small sachets of shabu, three medium empty sachets, one cut straw, tissue paper, a pair of stainless scissors and P200 marked money.

Borja was collared by the police after she sold a pack of shabu to a police undercover agent who used marked peso bills.

Borja was detained at the police station, while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination. — Dan Toribio Jr.
