Two men were wounded in a gun and bolo fight at Sitio Upper Tacbobo, Vitali last Thursday night.

Wounded were Reynaldo Areglo y Carino, 32, married and Federico Midel y Delos Reyes, both residents of Sitio Tacbobo.

A police report disclosed that Midel and his son Ariel, 19, went to Areglo’s house and challenged him to a fight. Areglo went out of the house to confront them.
However, Federico who was armed with a home-made firearm shot Areglo . He was hit in the chin and left elbow, but managed to pull a bolo and hacked Federico in the chest.

Police said that Areglo managed to run away after the incident but he was also chased and hacked by Federico in the left knee.

Both Areglo and Federico were taken to the Vitali lying-in clinic for treatment.
