A alleged big-time woman shabu pusher was arrested during a buy-bust operation at Elvie Drive, Recodo last Thursday afternoon.
Arrested was Grace Argonsola y Casamayor, 32.

Argonsola was arrested by operatives of the Zamboanga City Public Safety Company under Supt. Diomarie Albarico.

A police report disclosed that Argonsola sold a medium size pack of shabu to a police undercover agent in the amount of P500.
After marked money and shabu changed hands, policemen cornered Argonsola.

When frisked, policemen recovered another medium pack of shabu from Argonsola’s possession.

Argonsola was detained while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examinations.

Recodo has remained as the most notorious barangay in Zamboanga City on shabu pushing. Several shooting incidents and killings related to shabu have taken place in that barangay.
In the 1990s Rio Hondo and Mariki were the most notorious shabu “centers” in Zamboanga City. Today it is Recodo. — Dan Toribio Jr.
