Two more suspected shabu pushers were arrested in fresh buy-bust operation by the police as the campaign against pushers goes into high gear in the city.

Arrested were Asbi Jumhari y Edtor, 32, married, of Taluksangay and Jaypee Muktar y Aring, 26, married, of Muti. They were nabbed by men of the City Police Office’s AIDSOTF led by Insp. Elmer Solon around 7 p.m. in Guiwan

Policemen recovered from the possession of the two suspects two sachets of suspected shabu, four rolled unused foil strips and P300 marked money
The suspects were detained at the central police station while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination.

City Police Director Sr. Supt. Edwin De Ocampo disclosed that the police are on hot pursuit against shabu pushers in the city.

De Ocampo revealed that there were other pushers who were earlier arrested and detained at the Zamboanga City Reformatory Center. — Dan Toribio Jr.
