Estilles assumes as new police regional director PDF Print E-mail

Chief Supt. Napoleon Romero Estilles, the new Police Regional Office-9  Director, was formally installed yesterday by Director Elpidio Z. De Asis Jr., chief of the PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management, in a ceremony held in Camp Abendan, Mercedes.

Estilles is a Philippine Military Academy graduate belonging to Batche 1981. He is a member of  the Integrated Bar of the Philippines,  a holder of the degree in Doctor of Philosophy and  a Civil Service Career Chief Executive Officer VI.

In his assumption message, Estilles thanked President Aquino, DILG Secretary  Jesse Robredo and PNP Chief Director General Nicanor Bartolome for tasking him to lead PRO9.

He urged policemen under PRO-9 to continue to safeguard the peace and order maintenance in the region.

“We will pursue maximum resources to combat lawlessness and fight criminalities, protect government installations and be ready for disasters,” Estilles
said.

He motivated all policemen to do good deeds and perform well  “and in return it will be rewarded.”

“But bad deeds and bad performance are punishable with due process and in accordance with law,” he warned.

After the installation. Estilles  presided the first command conference with all the staff and officers of PRO9.
