Police intensify campaign vs wanted persons: 9 more fall PDF Print E-mail

Men of City Police Director Sr. Supt. Edwin De Ocampo arrested nine wanted persons in different operations recently.

Arrested were Eliza Atilano y Villaver, 47, of Tetuan, Baltazar Fernandez, Jr., married, of La Paz, Teresita Jimenez y Mirasol, of Lunzuran, Luisito Limen y Ayanco, 31, of Curuan, George Climaco y Enriquez, 55, of Pamucutan, Avelino Enriquez y Santos, 62, of Pamucutan, Enerio Dalam y Simpin, of Divisoria, Eddie Sarail y Sala of Sta. Maria, Allan Datiles and his live-in-partner Vanessa Sabanal, both of Sta. Maria.

Atilano was nabbed by men belonging to the Tetuan Police Station last Monday morning. She was wanted for violation of Republic Act 9482 otherwise known as an act providing for the control and elimination of human and animal rabies. The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Tibing Asaali of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17 on January 30, 2012 with a recommended bail bond of P25,000.

Fernandez was wanted for frustrated murder with case number 255544. The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Jesus Carbon Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 16 with a recommended bail bond of P200,000.

Jimenez was nabbed for violation of  Republic Act 7610 with case number 26235. The RTC Branch 15 judge recommended an P80,000 bail bond.

Limen was nabbed for violation of Republic Act 9262 with case number 26240 issued by the RTC Branch 15. The court also recommended a P24,000 bail
bond.

Climaco was wanted for murder with no recommended bail bond under case number 24405 issued by the RTC Branch 12.

Enriquez was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for murder with case number 24405. The warrant was issued by the RTC Branch 12 with no recommended bail bond.

Dalam was wanted for qualified theft and theft with case number 25011 and 49098 respectively, issued by the RTC Branch 17 with a recommended bond of P30,000 for qualified theft and P6,000 for theft.

Sarail was nabbed for illegal possession of firearm and ammunitionwith case number 50265 and P200,000 bail bond.

Datlies and Sabanal were arrested on the strength of a warrant for violation of the Republic Act 9165 with case number 26386.

The court recommended P200,000 for the temporary liberty for Sabanal. while Datiles has no bail. — Dan Toribio Jr.
