Three more wanted persons were arrested in separate operations the other day.

Bernardo Guevarra y Pantaleon, 25, married, of Sitio Poultry, Latuan was arsreted by men of the Tetuan Police Station at the Guiwan Bus Terminal on the strength of a warrant for acts of lasciviousness under case number 25777.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Peter Eisma of Regional Trial Court Branch 15 on August 11, 2011 with recommended bail bond of P12,000.

Maj. Francisco Clavecilla of Mampang was arrested for estafa under Case No. 26313.  The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Tibing Asaali of RTC Branch 17 on February 13, 2012.

The court recommended a bail bond of P24,000 for his temporary liberty.

Arlinda Alih of Tugbungan was nabbed by men of the Detective Management Unit on the strength of a warrant for theft under case number 48499.

The warrant was issued by Judge Nancy Bantayanon-Cuaresma of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 1 on February 18, 2011.

Guevarra and Clavecilla posted the required bail while Alih was committed to the Zamboanga City Reformatory Center. — Dan Toribio Jr.
