ZCWD launches Customer Service Hotlines , TV program PDF Print E-mail

The Zamboanga City Water District’s vision in providing excellent service to customers utilizing modern and innovative technologies is slowly taking pace with the launching of its Customer Service Hotline and the TV program.

The office has recently set up a call center manned by 6 personnel who are trained to answer queries on customer’s payments, outstanding balance, due dates and other information relative to their accounts. For faster response to calls from customers, the staff are also tasked to take down information relative to complaints on high consumption, late billing, leaking and other concerns/requests with regards to water connections and forward these to concerned division. 

ZCWD customers can call the following HOTLINES which is available from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday: Tel Nos.(062) 955-1004/ 955-1005/ 955-1006/ 955-1007/ 955-1008/ 955-1009.

After 5:00PM of Monday to Friday and whole day of weekends and holidays, customers can course their complaints thru the Water Treatment Plant personnel on duty at Tel.No.(062) 992-7728.

Starting this week, the office will also be launching its ZCWD’s Servicio Verdadero program over TV-13 ( Channel 99 on Sky Cable and Channel 13 on local channel) which will be aired live every Friday at 9:30 – 10:30 in the morning. The maiden talk show will feature on-going projects of the water district and the upcoming implementation of the water rate hike which will be the issues of discussion by representatives from the Board of Directors and Management. 

Meanwhile, ZCWD’s on-going Radio Program is every Saturday from 8:45 to 9:00 in the morning over Radio Mindanao Network (900 khz AM band) or popularly known as Radyo Agong.

These public information activities being carried out aim to increase public awareness on the policies, projects and programs of ZCWD, to disseminate information to the public on a weekly basis, to touch base with barangays and gain support for all its development initiatives and to instill the importance and advantage of water conservation among its customers in particular and the public in general. — MDCG
