3 bodies surface in Tumaga, Mercedes PDF Print E-mail

Three bodies with multiple stab wounds — believed to be victims of summary execution or “salvage”—  surfaced in Mercedes and Tumaga yesterday morning.

Two of the bodies were found at Sitio Bankal, Mercedes while the third was recovered at Paraiso Homes, Tumaga.

It was gathered that the two bodies were discovered by horrified people living near Sitio Bankal. They hastily reported it to the police.

One of the victims was described as 5’4 in height, 20 to 25 years old and having a medium built. The second victim was 4’8 in height, 25 to 30 years old
centipede tatoo on his pulse.

The dead men  were hogtied and their bodies bore stab wounds. They were undressed.

Sitio Bankal in Mercedes, a private property,  is a notorious dumpsite of “salvage” victims. Several other bodies were dumped in the area in previous occasions.

Residents said they did not sense the presence of the killers who brought the victims to the area where they were executed in bushes.

The third victim was recovered by some shocked residents of Paraiso Homes in Tumaga. The body also bore stab wounds in the body similar to the two bodies found in Mercedes.

Residents also said they did not sense the presence of the killers who dumped the body in their place.
