Man in shooting faces 2 counts of frustrated murder PDF Print E-mail

The Tetuan police station has forwarded two counts of frustrated murder against a man who shot and wounded two young men in Talon-Talon recently.
Police identified the suspect as Jack Aliuddin y Ladjahasan alias Ujac of Talon-Talon.

Aliuddin was positively identified as the gunman who shot Damson Del Prado and Ronmark Alam at Puerto Princesa, Talon-Talon on March 16, 2012.
Police submitted the frustrated murder case to the prosecutor office last April 12, 2012.

Aliuddin is still at large but the police assured that he will be arrested as soon the warrant will come out.

Meanwhile, Jayson Garcia y Esguerra, 32, of Catana Drive, Tumaga was stabbed and wounded by MIchael Ignacio y Torres, of Maasin in Zone 1 Sunday afternoon. He sustained a stab wound in the body and was taken to the hospital. where he was declared out of danger.

Ignacio was arrested by barangay tanods of Maasin. He was detained at the Sinunuc police station pending the filing of charges against him. – Dan Toribio Jr.
