Councilor Benjamin “Nonong” Guingona was the guest speaker of the 2012 commencement exercise of AMA Computer College held at Astoria Plaza last Friday with the theme “AMA Graduates: Responding to the challenges of the global market”.

In his speech, Guingona motivated the new graduates to use their new skills and talents in a positive way for their bright future.

He said that their graduation is only the first step and new beginning to face the new challenges and  reality

Guingona urged the graduates to stay focused and do the right thing once they will find a job.    He said that some of them will work abroad or in the
country, in any way “always put God first  in your plans and endeavors.”

“Once your are on your job always stay positive and stay humble,” Guingona pointed out.

Guingona also congratulated the school teachers for molding the graduates and most especially the parents for their tender loving care. — Allen Abastillas
