“I direct you to become ambassador of the Police Regional Office 9 to tell every policeman in the region to stay alert and vigilant at all cost while in the performance of duty or not on duty when you go back to your post.”

Thus said PRO-9 Director Chief Supt. Napoleon R. Estilles yesterday morning  in his message during the graduation of 42 policemen including six officers who underwent a training course called “Character and Aptitude Development at the Regional Special Training Unit 9 in Camp Abendan.

Estilles instructed the graduates to apply what they have learned from the course and mix it what they have experienced  before the schooling. The graduates are 21 from the Tigbao Police Station with three officers and 21 from the Salug police station with three Commission Officers or a total of 42 Non Commission Officers and six Commission Officers.

Sr. Insp. Roselily Baguio topped the class with honors  in leadership award, Class President, and Philippine National Police Award. — Allen Abastillas
