Man stabbed dead in Vitali PDF Print E-mail

A 44-year-old man was stabbed dead by at Sitio Taloptap, Vitali, the other day.

Police identified the fatality as Jose Eugenio y Dagalea, married. He was stabbed by Jaypee Dagalea y Bobila, 21, of Sitio Campo Uno, Vitali.

A report from the Vitali Police Station disclosed that Eugenio was walking on his way to fetch his wife Margarita at a nearby store around 7:15 p.m. when Dagalea blocked his path.

Police said that Eugenio and Dagalea figured in a heated argument that resulted in the bloody affair. Dagalea pulled out a knife and stabbed Eugenio several times in the body. He sustained multiple stab wounds in the body and died on the spot.

Dagalea escaped after the incident.

Men of the Vitali police station led by Sr. Insp. Joel Tuttuh have mounted a manhunt operation for the immediate arrest of the killer. – Dan Toribio Jr.
