Civil Service Commission Chairman Fransisco T. Duque III expressed satisfaction over his observations and findings on the two government offices he visited to conduct the ARTA Watch Program of the Commission on Friday, June 8, 2012, in Zamboanga City.

The CSC Chair visited the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Office and the PAG-IBIG Fund Office to check whether the frontline services of these two offices are open to the public even during the time between 12 noon and 1:00 p.m., ensuring continuous delivery of frontline services to its clientele.

“I am grateful to see how employees of PhilHealth and the Pag-Ibig attend to their clients exemplifying the true meaning of public service,” Duque said.

Accompanying Chairman Duque was his executive assistant Attorney Alexander Francis Grande, and CSC Regional Office No. 9 officials Director Macybel Alfaro-Sahi and Director Alvin R. Araneta.

To verify client’s satisfaction, Chairman Duque interviewed clients both in PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG.  Clients gave very high approval ratings for both offices.

He also expressed admiration for the cleanliness, orderliness and favorable atmosphere of the PAG-IBIG Regional Office, which favors the transacting public. — Oscar H. Arquiza
